      Pros

      Decent benefits and salary; some great hard working colleagues; company does great charity work.

      Cons

      Lots of silos due to acquisitions. Difficult to make an impact or accomplish anything due to lack of cooperation from plants/business units. Little to no management support and lack of effective leadership. Travel activity was unnecessarily excessive and spend was out of control. Astronomical employee turnover rate.
