      Pros

      Interesting industry...providing technologies that will increase access to water for people around the world is great work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership...no one makes a decision without having 5 meetings and seeking the opinions of every department leader, even if they have no expertise in the matter. Also, it operates more like six different companies so employees feel disconnected.

      Empowered to be as successful as you want to be. Strong support team. Great people. Superb Benefits Flexibility to run your own business.

      Cons

      This is outside sales in true form. If you're willing to put in the work and the time, you can be as successful as you want to be. Some people are cut out for it and some people are not.
