Good supervisor Some good benefits such as HSA and company contribution, 20 days of total time off a year to start.

Cons

Insurance is not very good, in my experience too much political talk or inappropriate for work conversations.

Best product out there in some markets. People are great to work with. Good internal environment. Respected company in the industry. They seem to care about the world and sustainability. Lots of smart people and access to some brilliant minds.
