Excellent supervisor with super positive & understanding attitude. Supervisor is very supportive & a very experience coach.

Cons

Company's direction & goal is not communicated & exercise at all levels. Overall operations management still has a lot of room for improvement.

Pros

IF current projects fly, the growth potential is tremendous. The people are by and large incredible despite the tension that exists.

Cons

The split between "Divisions" the engineering resources could be shared between divisions and the lack of "teaming" of talent; create a rift and a rumor mill that is harmful to the health of the company as a whole.

Pros

Good fun technology, It used to have a lot of good people there, but most are gone now. It was close to home, but that has changed with all the reorganizations.

Cons

Horrible management, and a series of ridiculous decisions. Bad work environment, lots of politics. No time to do it right, but plenty of time to do it again; wrong. Work on retrofit to lose market share, not new technology to stay afloat.
