      Good benefits, good pay. Team oriented. Fun environment most of the time. Continuing training/education. Paid holidays. Extra sales/bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Atmosphere strongly depends on Manager. Work hours are good but not great with 9.5-10 hour days not uncommon. If you don't meet your monthly goals at least 2 out of every 3 months,which requires selling their products, you can't get promoted. The job entails mild to moderate stress, rapidly changing procedures, a heavy responsibility on its employees to maintain a high standard of service which is great and admirable, except when the front line staff has to handle a lot of objections and solutions to problems from members, while having confusing resources to resolve the conflicts.
