      The full-time benefits are amazing. The work environment is so fun and friendly. We have such good training department and there is always to continue education also.

      I honestly can't say anything negative about Y-12 Federal Credit Union.

      My co-workers are awesome. There is a large concentration of really nice people in this company. Benefits are great! Fun atmosphere. They really care about our members. Work from home opportunities are terrific.

      Pros

      Good work atmosphere. Great team members to work with. A company that is looking out for their employees and our members, always improving for employees and members. “Turns out it’s not where but who you’re with that really matters.”

      Cons

      Member service related job can be stressful at times, however when you overcome or solve an issue, it can be rewarding.
