Average consulting firm just like other big giants in India.

Cons

Exploiting the 90 days Notice period as per their convenience. They will release you in 2-3 days if you are in a situation where you don't have anywhere to go. Also they will force you to serve the full Notice period when you ask them for a early release. Poor Salary Hikes overall No Projects incoming so we need to stay on bench for a while
