1. Deduct leaves from full time employees for client declared public holidays. this is OK for folks on percentage basis, but for full time employees who already get a low per hour billing rate, this is not fair.
2. Pay you less than the industry standard.
3. No yearly performance review. Salary increase (IF AT ALL) is up to the HR manager. The work that you do at clients place does not have any bearing on the performance. No professionalism while determining pay raise, you get if you bargain.
4. No training's conducted even for full time employees.
5. Very low relocation expenses provided when moving between projects.
6. Ask to deposit about INR 1 lakh before joining the company as security deposit for H1B transfer, though this amount is refunded upon joining.
Overall, I think, joining this firm from a big MNC was not a good decision for me.
