      A decent job but not a career

      Pros

      Decent pay, excellent health benefits, as many hours as you can handle

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance, mostly decaying equipment, forced on 6 days forever, a diminishing workforce, toxic work environment, management does their best to divide and conquer, management boasts about integrity but lies about everything and constantly mistrust their drivers (who are all far more moral than their superiors)

      Pay is good. Supervisors are easy to get along with if you just do your job.

      Cons

      Can be challenging working in union atmosphere. Nights and weekend shifts for many years due to seniority system.
