      YRC good company to work for because thy are nationwide

      Cons

      Only downside is they do not have mechanic shops nationwide to be able to transfer within the company

      Pros

      This was a fantastic place to cut my teeth in the freight industry. The connections I made here will influence me for the rest of my career, and will shape what kind of manager I want to be

      Cons

      The hours were long, the environment was macho and chaotic, but its a job for a certain kind of person. If you can't take working hard and holding your own, then you don't belong in this industry. This terminal is no exception.

      Pros

      There were some really good fellow employees that really cared about the clients and making sure they were taken care of.

      Cons

      Regional sales manager was pretty much absent and didn't provide any value to the sales process if he was on calls. Upper management had a lack of direction.
