      Teamster Union Benefits Lots of opportunities for OT The only way to move up is to get your CDL

      Poor Management Lots of old-timers Can't keep P & D drivers Too much freight on the dock Miscommunication between inbound and outbound crew The terminal is falling apart Trailers and tractors are old Dock doors are poorly managed and cables are torn off the rails
