      Pros

      Many people in management and on the Union side, put their heart into doing their job.

      Cons

      Many front line supervisors lack a sense of urgency and courtesy. When you get to the management, it all depends who your friends are to advance; never mind your ability.

      Pros

      Good people, nice building and location. Everyone works hard to accomplish the mission with outdated and diminishing resources.

      Cons

      Big Corp - politics trump performance. Everything's been cut to the bone and now they're extracting the marrow. Be prepared to bring your own coffee maker and don't be surprised if you have to bring your own toilet paper.

      A decent job but not a career

      Pros

      Decent pay, excellent health benefits, as many hours as you can handle

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance, mostly decaying equipment, forced on 6 days forever, a diminishing workforce, toxic work environment, management does their best to divide and conquer, management boasts about integrity but lies about everything and constantly mistrust their drivers (who are all far more moral than their superiors)
