      We did get 5 hours back on a week vacation.

      Cons

      Management (Top Management) put the in the hole. While we the employee pays back. They only get richer and never give nothing back.

      Medical insurance is paid for.

      Cons

      Favoritism by supervisors leads to inequity in the loads given out to dock workers. Some consistently get the "gravy" trailers, while others see nothing but bulk or high volume loads. They complain about bill count per employee, but don't distribute good loads equally with the bad.

      Pros

      Great group of guys to work with. Spoiled lazy but good as gold.

      Cons

      To many old timers longing for the golden years of the union. If you want up to $10 more an hour like the rest of the ltl industry drop the union pay $50 a week for insurance and take a match on 401k. Have you seen old dominion pay, stock price and cost of operations lately?
