      Pros

      Good money if you're willing to work hard, decent benefits, definitely fits a certain social environment. Lots of experience employees.

      Cons

      Very long hours, everyone is frustrated all the time. Very little makes sense so don't even bother asking any questions. You'd better have a thick skin.

      Good pay and cool colleagues including management. The union is strong so there is a laid back atmosphere, but most employees are unhappy there.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts 4 days a week makes for long days and limited home life. You’re going to walk 6-10 miles a shift Exposure to outdoor tempatures means hot summers and cold winters.
