      Pros

      For the most part, workers there have heart and care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Not innovated enough on the tech side to stay relevant in the industry. Seems bankruptcy is in their near future. There aren't enough people to do the work so projects are behind and no work/life balance for most employees.

      Excellent on the job training. Willing to work with you for time off. Excellent pay with bonuses.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment with regards to dealing with union employees. They don't work an honest days work for the pay provided. Lazy.
