      Pros

      Able to go in and work primarily alone and get work done. I liked knowing what I had to do each day to get accomplished.

      Cons

      Management does not always handle employee conflict very well. They tend to ignore it until it gets pretty bad.

      Extremely picky when it comes to application process. Make sure all you I are doted and t crossed cuz any little thing is wrong on there , you are OUT !!
