Pros
Company is progressing rapidly in the rate direction and has a full portfolio of services to offer. Sales support is strong and upper management has a good grasp on wear the company needs to be.
Cons
The amount of calls per day is counter productive. Rather than hit your hot opportunities and focus on strategy you are forced to focus on a call cycle, which I consider outdated. This needs be done away with and an opportunity driven call cycle would be more beneficial with less focus on number of calls.
