      Pros

      Pay for full time is average but the scheduling and hours suck especially when you're starting out. I can only imagine it won't get any better with time as I see veterans work crappy schedules also

      Crappy schedules. Crappy equipment. Crappy facility. Lies about what you'll be doing

      Pros

      The benefits. Job security. The pay is in the top 10% of industry, but not the highest.

      Cons

      You have to fight for your self. The Union doesn't help as much as expected. Honor based system in pay.

      Unfair, You get looked over frequently,. Disconnect and miscommunication. PTO is sad, moving up is slow, benefits are terrible
