      Some managers are very flexible If your a "chosen one" you will go far Technology is better then many other companies

      Cons

      Some managers rely to much on major micro managing Management rhetoric is overwhelming - way to much fluff, no facts You are not set up for success Service side of the house will be the downfall of most AE's

      Lazy union employees that don't care about anything. Management sucks all they do is point fingers and blame everyone else. No support at all and let's not forget that they still are running in the red
