      Pros

      This is a great part-time job for the evening shift, and it pays well with a $1.00 raise for each year worked.

      Cons

      Union. The union contract and labor rules are so unclear and felt very uninformed about work rules in regard to their processes.

      Pros

      Paid health insurance for you and family. Easy job, most of coworkers willing to help. Union.

      Cons

      Incompetent human resource, got start date wrong, quoted the wrong hourly wage, and no real explanation of how the union works. Was hired on as full time and told that I would have a set shift to work one day and the next day I was informed that I be on call status. There is no way to have a personal life and no guarantee that you will even be working. So if you want a mediocre job with low pay and no personal life this is the place to go to.
