      our jobs could definitely be work from home type jobs..it would be nice to be able to do that once a week.

      YRC Freight is not a good company of employment. Their salary and benefits are decreasing instead of increasing.

      Pros

      YRC Freight has better benefits then most companies. This may be the only good thing left with the company. They are showing some improvement with their financial issues as well.

      Cons

      YRC Freight has terrible shift and hours for 90 percent of the employees. The management are disconnected with the employees which causes a high turn over rate in management. They focus more on what you do wrong instead what your doing right. Some of the things employees are discipline for are irrelevant to the task at hand. They feel that if you keep your employees upset they will work better for you. They run the company with scare tactics.
