coworkers smoking pot at the facility, people driving forklifts high going fast backwards out of the trailer not looking back and almost running you over, tension between yellow and roadway workers depending on your barn, favoritism to the point where someone can call you racial slurs and their job is protected but your job is not if you said words like n word, business agent will tell you to put your withdrawal card in if you tell him about being called n word at work
