      Pros

      Good pay, union. Overtime pay time and a half. Regular pay increases. Good benefits and vacation time. Pension, etc. Structured work environment. Provide cross-training in office duties.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunity. Shift work, work environment. Difficult working conditions at times. Corrupt management at times. Not much else to say. Repetitive work.

      Pros

      It was a great place to work for, benefits, union, giving me my first experience on the road. The pay was great and I wish I could have stayed there.

      Cons

      I needed more home time and they could not accommodate, when I was needed to be at home to take care of my mon.
