      Pros

      Benefits (as long as your working) Hey CEO James Welch, do you have to worry how your going to pay the mortgage or how your gonna pay for gas groceries?? I highly doubt it. Your drivers&dockworkers in Hayward are wondering that right now. Shame on you.

      Cons

      Everything else. Whomever posted that the management is great is either 1. A manager trying to make him/herself look good or 2. Just very lucky. There are job postings for dock workers/drivers for locations that as we speak, laid off its entire dock crew and half the drivers with no clue if when they will return.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are the only pro.

      Cons

      Everything else. UNSAFE equipment, mechanics and management that has no concern, new trucks are coming in but then getting ruined purposly by disgruntled drivers. The management here is horrible and the union is a failing joke. Most of the members are over 50 with no new blood. Great place to gain experience.

      Great people to work with. Management was awesome.

      Work was spotty. I wish the pay was better, but that is because of the current contract.
