      they pay you on time.

      Cons

      They pay like crap and treat the supervisors like they are completely replaceable. I would not recommend anyone applying for this job ever.

      Pros

      Good management team, decent pay. Good place to get experience and move on. If you can manage the teamster workforce there you can make it anywhere.

      Cons

      union company, meaning the inmates run the terminal. company benefits aren't what they used to be. The company is in poor financial health so pay increases are few and far between.

      Pros

      Team supports eachother , good base pay with very attainable goals and bonuses are paid monthly. BUT, in order to reach / exceed goals requires effort a d discipline. Lots of freedom which can hurt you if your not able to focus.

      Cons

      Since we are given lots of freedom the company does a lot of micro managing.
