      Pros

      While it was Roadway Exp. it was a demanding copmpany to work for . But very well managed, debt free compnay

      Cons

      When Yellow purchased them it went down hill very quickly. Now a company that can not begin to pay down its debt

      It uses too many operating systems making daily routines cumbersome and time consuming with lots of room for errors

      Pros

      Health benefits are good & wages are competitive. The company is working to instill Respect in the workplace starting from the Top down.

      Cons

      As the parent company works to shed its debt the company's stuck operating old equipment and outdated software. They've lost their experienced talent (Union & Non-Union) to its competitors.
