      Short commute from home Union shop. Job security. Free medical. Home daily runs. Overtime after eight hours. Adequate vacation time.

      Cons

      Management. Salary. Retirement. No accountability continuity or consistency in training or normal daily operations. Low moral. Old poorly maintained equipment.

      Some of the relationships established amongst other co-workers. Good Pay, when scheduled. Somewhat casual work environment.

      Cons

      Some of the work processes are inconsistent. Management has a tendency to let certain subordinates dictate things like who works and how often, when it comes to part-time workers.

      The hours are great but like any payroll department they can change from time to time depending on the process days. Depending in role you can get overtime and the pay is weekly

      Cons

      The department and the company have a lot of moving parts so sometimes the communication lapse between payroll, HR and the terminals.
