      Pros

      Most coworkers are the best you could find anywhere. Honest hard-working Fair days work for a fair days pay type of Teamster. Who take pride in their work ,

      Cons

      " A few " who push the work on other coworker's , screw off and hide behind the teamster emblem. And management that only knows how to lie to the workers

      Pay was okay, free healthcare. There arn't anymore pros I just had to make the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Management at the Copley facility is backwoods. Management and older employees create an atmostshere where anything goes. Intimidation, blatant lies to get you fired. The union and union Stewarts agree with the company.
