      Easy work. Great benefits and room to move up

      Cons

      Not guaranteed full time job. On call for at least 6 months to a year. If you don't get put on full time before January 1st you get no sick days or vacation.

      great place to work and get employees staff is awesome

      Cons

      short time starting off a lot going on all at one time and yo have to be on top of your game if not then they could cut you free
