      Pros

      Some very good people and challenging work. Experience with tasks above your pay grade.

      Cons

      Even if you excel at tasks above your pay grade, you won't be rewarded for it. Lot's of people issue since they have a hard time attracting talent. No opportunity for advancement. Some upper mgmt is very good - some VERY bad

      Other than the pay there isn't much that's good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Management is ruled by the union. They are bound by what the union wants and there isn't much wiggle room.
