      The culture is very relaxed and friendly, some a little to relaxed. Managers are friendly and will help you understand ANYTHING that gives you trouble.

      Cons

      The relaxed culture allows senior individuals to get away with LATE start times, with little to no pressure from management to change that.

      Everything else. Some dock supervisors were ignorant and treated you horrible.
