      Pros

      Many people in management and on the Union side, put their heart into doing their job.

      Cons

      Many front line supervisors lack a sense of urgency and courtesy. When you get to the management, it all depends who your friends are to advance; never mind your ability.

      Work rules, benefits, job bidding every 6 months

      Cons

      equipment, don't care mentality on both management and employees. 15% pay reduction and only 25% pension contribution.
