      They are large and will let you do your job as long as you work hard and bring in business

      Cons

      They being American can micro manage at times. Also many continual reports to provide weekly and CRM input is extensive

      Good pay, union. Overtime pay time and a half. Regular pay increases. Good benefits and vacation time. Pension, etc. Structured work environment. Provide cross-training in office duties.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunity. Shift work, work environment. Difficult working conditions at times. Corrupt management at times. Not much else to say. Repetitive work.
