The absolute WORST work environment i've ever encountered. These Teamsters are a step above anything i've ever been involved with. The workers can be tough to manage with little support from upper management. Very hostile work environment at times between Union/Management. The work ethic of the teamsters is practically non-existent. There are so many "gray" areas it's unbelievable. The days/hours of work are tough to manage as well. (4) 12 hours shifts per week with a guarantee of 1 weekend day, sometimes 2.

Once Yellow bought Roadway, the Roadway managers came in set the company back 40 years. Antiquated software, antiquated equipment, unaccountable/unprofessional managers, there is no customer service - its "make my numbers look good so I can look good," Yellow Freight's worst days were better than a good day at YRC. Roadway was the most unprofessional, overpaid, ignorantly arrogant, freight damaging, do-nothing, hillbilly operation I've ever seen, and we've absorbed it. Every day is a struggle and I'm embarrassed to be associated with it anymore. If I could give negative stars, I would.
