      Pros

      Union job, good medical and dental through Teamsters, company sold off pension but offers 401k.

      Cons

      Employees never asked when improvements could be suggested and made. Just a billion managers all offsite controlling everything in a bad way. No communication, even between managment and corporate. Old equipment, rigged up work environment. Antiquated software and hardware systems. Emails are sent to everyone in department, so the emails can average well over 100 per day and many may not apply to you.
