      Pros

      Lots of room in the parking lot since less employees, the merger was a really bad idea i think.

      Cons

      Since merger, nothing much good has happened. Stock has been dropping since 2005 when they slowly let small groups of people go, They did not have to notify the state doing it that way, how clever of them.

      The wages and benefits are good. The union makes sure that management treats you with respect.

      Cons

      The hours. Working in the elements. Takes a long time to get a good shift.

      Pros

      Working hard in tough econmy to keep jobs for everyone. As of 2012 building momentum. Thankful! There are alot of Teamsters glad that they are trying so hard.

      Cons

      Had to make hard cuts to men and pay to keep going it looks like its working so far. Failure to look at how those cuts may hurt locally.
