      Ok pay late hours no training

      Its a good if you enjoy working in heat and cold warehouse and long hours.

      Benefits, that’s honestly the only reason to work there

      Cons

      The company is trash. Upper management sleeps with each other and hr does nothing about bullying. Management will talk down to you and harass. Every other freight company is better

      Will call is insanely good I am not sure why most unions are not fighting for this

      Cons

      Freight slowed down every year and the new drivers have to pay the price. While new drivers are on call 📞 it could be weeks before you get a call. And if you miss it. You start again. If not called out that week the company cuts your medical insurance Unless you burn 3 days of sick time or vacation. Slowdown happens every year. In 8 years I have never been able to use my vacation for a Vacation.
