      Stable work great insurance and benefits

      Cons

      Never know what you’ll be doing everyday, not assigned tractors, equipment is sub par. Most tractors have over 500000 miles

      Easy but old

      Pros

      Easy company to start with. You can get your CDL at their school, free insurance after 9 weeks and driving expeirence from old drivers.

      Cons

      Not a good company for a new hire unless you ready to sit there for decads and get your seniority. Everything depends on seniority. Your bidding oportunity, your dispatch time. Quick exemple: Your available to work at 6am, but a guy with high seniority get to the terminal and put himself at the same time. Now you sliding down behind him. When he get out then you get out. That process keep going, untill there's nobody there with higher seniority then you. There is 250 drivers at Dallas.
