      Company paid benefits, take home pay is more than other lol companies

      Working the dock for years before you get to be daily route driver. Due to the union. But it all pays the same.

      The long time Yellow Freight people on the ground were great to work with.

      Leadership was pushing all of the quality people out. Morale was bad and growing worse.
