      The management at the corporate office was great.

      Unfortunately the department was run from Des Moines by people who couldn't differentiate between customer service and sales.

      They hired me. This is the only pro.

      Management is dysfunctional at best, absolutely 0 HR, company prides itself in technology all the while having consistant tech issues including but not limited to the entire company not having a functional email system for 4 months and counting. The company forces overtime on employees to try to fix their own management mistakes while never even addressing the email issue that has caused extreme stress to all employees as well ad the loss of business it has caused. Daily strains on all employees are burying this company.

      Started good, makes a ton of promises

      Cons

      Everything, u cant move up unless u drink or play golf with someone higher up. Upper management forgets that the heart of the company is on the front line.
