      Great benefits, Lots of work and overtime pay.

      Cons

      Payscale way below average. Union rules and seniority squash productivity. Equipmant is horrible and to the point of unsafe.

      Pros

      Company paid health insurance! Set salary increases, union benefits. I personally loved my boss but most people did not

      Cons

      Remote management - answers aren't provided fast enough. Mandatory forced OT 2 hours a day for YEARS on end with no reprieve. No room to move forward without relocating to SD or IA. Lack of consistency in answers. You are just a number to them in Customer Care Management

      Pros

      Great local management, works with your schedule. Management did everything they could to improve job conditions. Great job for extra cash in the evening.

      Cons

      Cold/hot weather. No raises for casuals even after years of paying union dues. I was stuck at $11.90/hour for several years!
