Pros
Well at least medical is still paid for. Break room has free water (no cups) and toilet paper. It has heat for those cool summer days in the Inland Empire. Management has air conditioning so they don't get fatigued driving their desk.
Cons
Don't expect to retire with a pension. It's been10 yrs of 15% paycut. The line haul dispatchers give goober smoochers best runs. Forget your safe driving skills. Drop a trailer on the road, hit a BNSF train car or hit and run into a parked semi-trailer. They love Harvey haulass over safe drivers. Forget this company, go somewhere you'll be appreciated.
