      Good Entry Level Place to Get Training to Get a Better Job

      Pros

      Work hours were flexible. Lots of different stuff to work on. Onsite cafeteria. Plenty of parking.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized. Never stick with an idea for very long. Constant layoffs especially if the company loses money in a quarter. No raises, poor 401k. Extremely old technology.

      Pros

      Good healrh care that about all.

      Cons

      Very old and unsafe equipment, declining pay scale, old and outdated equipment and managment styles, long hours very few days off, drivers our house and very nasty and outdated hotels.

      Pros

      Overtime after 8 hours, pay isn't bad, free medical insurance after union dues are paid, if you want to earn and work long hours your income will show.

      Cons

      Coworkers who 15% was took, no moral, top pay is what other LTL's started you with, vacation after a year but you work 14 hours 5 days a week, no pensions thats worth anything, inconsistent management involving senior employees and recent hires.
