Pros

Entry level pay is usually higher than other industries. Benefits are okay in a currently horrible benefit world.

Cons

Very poor culture. No room for growth as they keep downsizing because of their financial state. Employees aren't valued and are seen as dispensable. Loyalty is not rewarded. Little to no training. Technology is outdated. Company equipment is aging and falling apart with band-aids not big enough to fix. Internal division between departments-lack of synergy.

Pros

Health benefits are good & wages are competitive. The company is working to instill Respect in the workplace starting from the Top down.

Cons

As the parent company works to shed its debt the company's stuck operating old equipment and outdated software. They've lost their experienced talent (Union & Non-Union) to its competitors.

Pros

Diverse workplace with a multitude of opportunity at all levels. Interns often get their start here and many of them stay for years while progressing in their careers. Starting salaries are quite competitive

Cons

A bit top heavy at the management level in all areas. Times are lean, but there should be more accountability to ensure the limited resources are truly producing the results necessary for true work/life balance. Unfortunately, this is another case where 10% of the employees are doing 90% of the work.
