Great to work with all women and lead the charge for eliminating racism and empowering women!
Cons
There is always room for improvement, possibly it is best they are more communicative with all the staff who are both in the office and outside of the office. To find a better way to work that hybrid model for all staff involved with the YWCA berkeley/oakland, not just with those only in the office.
