Pros

The majority of the work is satisfactory. Most of the co-workers are good because they are in the trenches with you.

Cons

Well then there are the 'extra's' that is left out of the job description. Front desk duty, on call-for most but not all. The upper Oligarchy gives about 2% respect to the workers and their opinions. They make 6 figures while you can barely eek out a living wage. Did I mention little to no professional growth?
