Pros

There are so many wonderful people that work there.....and it's unfortunate that they work with management that aren't so wonderful.

Cons

- There is so much dysfunction and disorganization that I don't even know where to begin. The leadership team is scrambling most of the time to figure out what they want to do. They would rather spend their time talking about their feelings than actually getting anything done. - The benefits are not that great. Why even pay hundreds in insurance if it does not cover anything? - The lack of diversity leaves a lot to be desired. They claim to have all these policies in place but they lack any self awareness or tact to deal with the equity issues in the workplace.

Good Benefits Free Gym Membership Can volunteer at seminars on race (certain speakers should not have been invited) You can meet a few good people that actually believe in the motto of the company

Cons

Rampant racism, classism, ageism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia from corporate to below Unfair wages, particularly in the Early Childhood Education department Not enough training on working with folks that are ethnically diverse, have trauma, explorative with gender, etc. Touting DEI without actually meeting the criteria A lot of staff turnover, even the CEO doesn't stay long before leaving
