Pros

Fellow staff who are in the same boat and need the money (so stay to be poorly treated but at least we have each other)

Cons

Unmet promises about rapid growth, management yelling at the locals (and also at each other in their native tongue), arrogant CEO owner and his minions who scurry around trying to please him….. then talk behind his back when he’s back at headquarters.

Next to no raises, no bonuses, employees only get 9 days off sick or otherwise, a lot of internal gossip, issues, tons of stress.

Cons

Management is extremely toxic and shows little to no regard for how their decisions affect employees. Overall leadership tends to take a reactive approach to problems, while mid-level management ends up handling much of the work that should fall under senior management’s responsibilities.
