Good people to work with, fair life balance and very competitive salaries.

Cons

Lots of politics, and a revolving door for managers. I had six managers in three years. Very difficult to advance ideas even though the company mantra is to "speak up and be heard". Be careful about this, because if your ideas clash with others more politically connected you could find yourself shoved out of the way very quickly.
