Good comp. & benefits - free food (good quality), gym, medical insurances, educational reimbursements (yearly) and others. A lot of technology to work with. Freedom to work on any interesting tech. Hack days, Technical training etc.. Work life balance is given due respect & fun working with great talented people.

Cons

QPR - quarterly performance review attached to the rewards & then push backs on deserved recognitions, has killed the innovative and collaborative culture. non-smart hires, delayed hires, untimely priorities, lack of trust at executive management level, job insecurity has ruined the place.
